The KODHIA(Korea Digital Health Industry Association) announced on the 24th that it conducted over 130 consultation matches at the ‘5th Digital Health Demand-Supply Matching Day’ held at COEX in Seoul on the 12th.
To expand participation from demand companies and matching consultations for the Matching Day, the KODHIA operated a special digital healthcare pavilion at ‘BIX 2024’, which took place at COEX from July 10 to 12.
According to the KODHIA, the number of consultations conducted at the digital healthcare special pavilion during the BIX 2024 period, including the Matching Day on the 12th, reached 137.
There were 14 pre-matching consultations and 123 on-site consultation matches conducted during the exhibition period. Consultations involved various sectors, including domestic and international pharmaceutical and biotech companies, insurance companies, financial institutions, medical organizations, and construction companies.
The KODHIA provided free exhibition booths and consultation counters for service supply companies that were pre-selected through the digital healthcare special pavilion during the exhibition period. The participating supply companies included Dr. Song, Lanix, MEDI-IoT, Medi Age, Smartus Korea, Evidnet, Able Therapeutics, and Emotive.
Yoo Gi-yoon, Executive Director of the KODHIA, stated, “We will continue to strive to establish a sustainable ecosystem and foundation for the digital health market by linking the Matching Day with our own online matching platform, Digital Health Net.”
